Holded by Vexco terms of service

These terms govern use of the Holded by Vexco app (the «App»), provided by Soluciones Digitales Vexco, S.L., Tax ID B44978617 («Vexco»). By installing the App you accept these terms on behalf of your company.

1. The service

The App syncs data between your HubSpot account and your Holded account according to your configuration. You need valid accounts on both services; their terms and prices are separate from the App.

2. Trial, plans and payment

The App includes a free 14-day trial. After that, prices are those published on the pricing page, monthly and excluding VAT. You can change plan or cancel anytime; cancellation takes effect at the end of the paid period. If you exceed your plan's volume, you get 7 grace days before the App switches to read-only.

3. Your obligations

• Use the App lawfully and in line with HubSpot's and Holded's terms.
• Review the configuration (mappings, conditions and direction of each flow) before activating. We recommend starting in read-only mode.
• Keep your credentials safe and give the Holded API key only the permissions needed.

4. Invoices and tax obligations

The App creates and issues documents in Holded when you or your automations instruct it to. The tax validity of invoices (numbering, taxes, Verifactu) depends on your Holded configuration; your company is responsible for reviewing them.

5. Availability and support

We use reasonable efforts to keep the App running continuously, but it depends on third-party services (HubSpot, Holded, Cloudflare) that may fail or change. Support is provided by email at javier@vexcosolutions.com, Monday to Friday, 9:00–18:00 Madrid time.

6. Data

Data processing is governed by the App privacy policy. Vexco acts as processor of the data it syncs; these terms and that policy form the data processing agreement.

7. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, Vexco's total liability is limited to the amount paid for the App in the 12 months before the event giving rise to it, and excludes lost profits and indirect damages.

8. Changes and termination

We may update these terms with 30 days' notice by email or in the App. You can uninstall the App at any time; we may suspend it if used in breach of these terms.

9. Governing law

Spanish law. Courts of Barcelona, unless consumer law provides otherwise.
